Units of the Office of the Chief

Working directly under the Office of the Chief of Police are five units. These units are the Internal Affairs, Inspections & Accreditation, Public Information Office (PIO), Grant Coordinator, and the Legal Unit. Each of these diverse units contribute their expertise to support the efforts of our Police Department.

Grant Coordinator

The Grant Coordinator is reponsible for researching, applying and obtaining all sources of public and private funding available to the Police Department. These sources, generally government and private foundations, grant funds for the development of programs to combat crime prevention on all levels.
